Job Description
We are looking for creative and collaborative senior content writers to create original, engaging content for B2B tech audiences.
Our ideal candidates are individuals with exceptional writing skills, a strategic mindset, and a get-it-done attitude who are excited to take a deep dive into complex topics and bring them to life for B2B tech buyers.
In this role, you will write compelling content, such as blog posts, e-books, emails, and more, covering key industry trends for B2B companies.
Responsibilities
Write original, well-structured, easy-to-read content that makes complex topics digestible and understandable.
Produce a range of content, including blog posts, e-books, email copy, and social copy to meet goals and objectives
Meet high standards for style and tone in each piece of content and ensure strict adherence to the voice of the company
Meet fast-paced deadlines and collaborate with internal stakeholders
Proofread and edit content before publication
Utilize industry best practices, identify customer needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics
Create and follow an editorial calendar and collaborate with other members of the marketing team to ensure timely delivery of materials
Monitor and analyze the performance of key performance indicators (KPIs) to offer suggestions for improvement
Use search engine optimization (SEO) strategies in writing to maximize the online visibility of our website in search results.
Qualifications
You will have 5+ years of experience in professional writing/editing at a tech company (or within a similar fast-paced industry), and/or B2B-focused content marketing
Good understanding of SEO and proven ability to conduct topic research
At least a Bachelor's degree in English, Mass Comm. or related field
Proven record of excellent writing demonstrated in a professional portfolio
An impeccable grasp of the English language with solid writing and editing skills
Good time management skills, including prioritizing, scheduling, and adapting as necessary
You will be a team player, a clear communicator, and have good organizational skills to see content projects through to completion
You will be open to feedback to make content as successful as possible
