We are looking for two (2) Content Specialist to join our Marketing team.
The Content Specialist will be creating content in various formats and ensure all content created is clear and consistent with the Onerent brand philosophy. He/she shall participate and assist in the planning, creation, delivery, and governance of cohesive and on-brand content across all communication channels and on all platforms.
The Content Specialists curates new and creative content ideas and crafts compelling, meaningful, and engaging content to communicate Onerent's product, services, and brand story that would achieve its business goals.
Responsibilities for this role
As Content Specialist, creates content that adheres to the following: 1) free of grammatical errors; 2) reflects our brand voice; 3) messaging is clear and on point.
Ensure content are appealing, clear, and can be used on multiple platforms (email, social media, etc.)
Provide substantive yet easy-to-understand content about Onerent products, services, and processes to its customers
Audits and updates existing content to ensure they are updated and on-brand
Serve the content and microcopy requirements of the technical and operational aspects of the business to support the user experience
Collaborate with Marketing team and Operations team leaders to create automated content focused on prioritizing user engagement and conversion
Work closely with the Content Team Lead in content ideation and creation to deliver effective content in various formats and identifying the right channels
Qualifications
Degree in Communication, English, Marketing, Journalism, or Creative Writing (equivalent practical experience can be considered)
At least 1-3 years experience in writing content for marketing, product, website, social media, email marketing, and other forms of content
Excellent writing skills with capability for self-editing Experience in creating web content, emails, automated messages, marketing content, and other content formats
Background or knowledge in Digital Marketing is a plus
Being tech-savvy is a plus
