1. Interface and coordinate with ITD's stakeholders and knowledge owners/producers (Indra, eCopy, Project Teams, L3, and subject matter experts) to improve quality and usability of knowledge materials and products
2. Develop and manage a complete and updated portfolio of IT knowledge materials
3. Manage knowledge products and content in the Knowledge Base and ensure all content is accurate, up-to-date, effective
4. Edit IT knowledge products to ensure its compliance to set standards
5. Curate knowledge products and materials in Knowledge Base and other channels to achieve:
a. a better user-knowledge match
b. an improved predictive ability of the platform/s
6. Evaluate the usability, circulation, and consumption of knowledge materials
7. Review user statistics of knowledge materials and promote/edit content in terms of relevance
8. Assist the KM Manager in the execution of the KM Strategy
Requirements
1. Must have a client-oriented attitude and relevant experience in working within multicultural environments
2. Must have technical and creative ability and skill to curate, create, and edit multimedia content
3. Must have exceptional ability to translate complex technical information into simplified content
4. Must be an exceptional writer and editor
5. Must be highly skilled with design apps and tools
