A day in the life of...
The core function of this expert role is to support the Zone Category eBusiness Lead(s) and Markets to drive the implementation and execution of the Holistic Content strategy and help the stakeholders accelerate achieving the objectives / KPIs more effectively and efficiently.
The Content Expert must be able to deal with complex organizational model, several stakeholders (Global eBusiness Team, SBU, Zone, NGBS, MSE and Markets) and must be able to drive change management and execute Zone Category agenda with Markets.
Supports Zone eBusiness Category Lead(s) in developing/implementing the Content Operationalization strategy, assesses brands and market maturity (solutions, ways of working, resources, budget...), and builds up Holistic Content understanding in the markets/brands bringing Capability Building when necessary.
Coordinates the operationalization action plan with the Zone Categorie(s), SBUs and Markets, ensuring timely and quality of execution.
Creates and distributes regular performance reports/best practices outline that offer insights & recommendations, status of pending items and updates on newly implemented solutions/services to the broader marketing team.
What will make you successful
More than 5 years in website management, digital marketing or eBusiness working with large FMCG brands, and over this period has successfully delivered on KPIs, especially top and bottom line business results
Extensive knowledge of brand website end to end process, from development to daily operations
Good knowledge in Digital Marketing and brand marketing
Successfully managed and led launch / roll out of projects
Proven team oriented mentality and attitude where the work is approached with empathy, enthusiasm, ownership, responsibility, adaptability, balance and resilience
Proven clear communication skills (team collaboration, call, chat, email, tickets, etc.) with excellent response times
Proven change management experience
Proven English skills: writing, reading, speaking
