Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented, timely, organized individual who has an eye for detecting errors to migrate an archive of PDF manuals into our website content management system. We will provide the necessary training and demo the migration process to you.
Data entry PDF to CMS:
6-to-10-month, 40 hours per week
Roles and Responsibilities
- Copy/paste text, links, and image paths from PDFs and other document sources to CMS entries
- Type in data that is stored in older formats
- Check data for accuracy and completeness
- Verify data by comparing it to source documents
- Add notes on project progress in Jira

- Data entry skills
- Fast typing speed
- Error detection skills
- Attention to detail
- Organizational and time-management skills
- Clear and concise verbal and written communication
- Computer skills with basic software knowledge
- Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience in using Adobe reader
- Basic graphic design experience
