As the HCM Operations Content Developer, you will play an integral part in developing and mainting training materials using a variety of course development tools. You will prepare Instructional Media Elements for Online and Instructor-led delivery while working closely with all members of the global L&D team and other internal customers.
Main Responsibilities
Standardize formatting of materials in new or existing courses i.e. templates, titles, naming conventions, corporate branding
Create interactive elements on the LMS for courses from design documents
Create/configure online courses, exams and quizzes onto the LMS
Create/Convert online course content or materials with multimedia development tools
Design, create, and maintain job aids, documentation, and training materials
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts to successfully create interactive learning materials
Analyze problems, identify solutions, and implement recommendations
Design and develop engaging and memorable learning opportunities. Write engaging scripts, create custom graphics, and push the envelope to elevate the learning experience
Prepare course outline, handouts, and visual aid materials.
Coordinate with subject matter experts to ensure that prepared courses meet stated objectives.
Prepare or arrange for the preparation of automated training materials, such as video recorded training sessions, and computer- aided tutorials.
Have a creative mind set, use engaging techniques to create and deliver
Post and maintain training materials in the Learning Management System (LMS)
Monitor LMS message services and email inboxes, providing support as needed
Provide thorough and detailed quality assurance of all course material ensuring materials are current and accurate based on requirements received
Collaborate with developers, subject matter experts, project teams and L&D team members.
Other duties as assigned
