Work you will do:
As a content designer, you'll combine content writing and problem-solving skills to transform complex processes into simple, understandable, and useful experiences. You will write clear and concise messaging for businesses, collaborating with cross-functional teams that include UX designers, strategists, visual designers, and product experts. You will work closely with the team to understand user needs and to ensure that content aligns with business goals and objectives.
Understand user and business needs
Researching, prototyping, and testing content with stakeholders and users
Take an inclusive (Accessibility, platform independent), global-first, and deeply human approach to creating content
Influence key internal and external senior stakeholders
Information architecture development
Advocate for understanding of how content can affect and solve business problems
Balance solutions to be user-focused while working within technical and business constraints

If you are someone with:
Open to all newly graduates who have a Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience, in a related field such as English, communications, marketing, human-centered interaction, product design
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
Understanding of how content design affects customer experience and aligns with business objectives
You have a knack for explaining difficult concepts into clear, concise language
You are eager to learn and explore new experiences
You are a good collaborator and a keen listener
Comfortable with ambiguity and can break It down as part of a cross-functional team
