About the Role
. Serve as an advocate for AIA's digital customers and users by communicating information in the best way possible and shaping AIA's digital experience with content design solutions.
. Evolve and contribute to best-in-class digital content design systems that defines AIA's digital experience
. Be responsible for the quality of content design solutions
. Build simple, easy, yet delightful digital experiences for customers and employees with quality content design
. On-time delivery of content design solutions that meets AIA Group standards
. Collaborate with peers and cross functional teams to execute best-in-class content design based on requirements and project briefing that deliver on both customer and business outcomes
. Advocate for the customer
Project involvement (80%)
Based on the content strategy, work collaboratively with research and design teams to shape AIA's digital experience with effective user-centric copy
Create clear and concise copy for apps, web applications, and websites. Own the content and be responsible for getting sign off from all stakeholders, including marketing and branding teams
Follow AIA's brand guidelines and tone of voice when creating copy
Own the customer journeys from copy perspective and make sure there are no gaps in UX across all channels and touch points linked to the products
Recommend optimal content and its format at an early stage of the projects to create seamless UX across all the customer facing channels
Manage the schedule for copy related matters to ensure deadlines are met
Review analytics data and existing copies and suggest alternative copies/content to improve existing UX.
Governance (20%)
Create and update copy guidelines to ensure that all copy across our products is aligned to our digital standards.
Optimise the workflow for copy production.
Contributing to and evolving our approach to systemising content within the Digital Design System (DDS)
Experience and Education
Bachelor's or master's degree in related fields or equivalent experiences
At least 5 years of content design experience for digital products
Experience writing in English
Experience in managing multiple stakeholders and conflicting requirements to produce optimal content design solutions
Experience collaborating with researchers and designers within a customer-centric design process and a passion for building amazing user-facing products
Experience in launching digital products at a large scale.
Knowledge and Skills
Must have excellent visual communication skills
Be a skilled writer and graphic designer (writing in TC and CS is a bonus)
Skilled in the Adobe creative suite to help collaborate on content design ideas
Must be fluent in English
Ability to manage multiple tasks, sometimes in competing priorities, in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity in application/web development processes
Excellent project and task management skills
Excellent communication skills
Good presentation and collaboration skills
In-depth understanding of interaction design and UI principles for app and web.
Good understanding of technical limitations in content solutions
Up-to-date and wide knowledge of tools for efficient content creation and management process.

Strong portfolio focusing on UX-focused content design and writing

Must be interested in digital transformation of a traditional company
Multilingual capability is a plus
Experience within Insurance/financial domains is a plus
