JOB DESCRIPTION
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Serve as the brands primary videographer and photographer in ArmyNavy Brands (ArmyNavy, Pizza Telefono, Rice Rocket, LiberTea MilkTea, Wright Wings and future brands) for the creation of all marketing including but not limited to promotional videos, advertising campaigns, new business and digital media requirements.
2. Responsible for capturing all product content including but not limited to food & beverage, place, staff, events, etc.
3. Responsible for capturing content for advertising campaigns
4. Responsible for all photographic and video content from start to finish including capturing content and editing for the needs of output.
5. To curate a strong gallery of aspirational images and video content which will be used to reflect the brand in marketing and advertising.
6. Play a key role in assisting to shape the visual storyline of content touchpoints while assisting to maintain the brands digital asset library.
7. Assisting the marketing team with daily asset management and obtaining all creative and marketing objectives.
8. Use various media including graphics, animations, data visualization, music and voice overs to create professional grade content.
9. Coordinates all activities and materials supporting each photographic and video shoot project
10. To work with clearly detailed content briefs provided as well as creating content briefs
11. Secure and archive permissions for use of photo images for individuals
12. To be up to date on video and photography trends to ensure we are at the forefront of content.
13. Participate in marketing meetings
JOB QUALIFICATION
Skills and Personal Characteristics:
1. Preferably w/ own equipment
2. In depth knowledge of photography/videography within the digital domain
3. Must display excellent technical and photographic skills.
4. Must display a passion for both photographic and video content and a commitment to holding editorial integrity.
5. Passion in foodporn
6. Must have excellent IT skills especially with computer programs such as photoshop, Adobe lightroom, photo mechanic
7. Must have good communication and people skills
8. Ability to multi-task while showing commitment to detail
9. Must have commitment to deadlines and be open to flexible working hours
10. Have a sound knowledge of the evolving nature of social media
11. Demonstrate maturity and professionalism
12. Positive attitude
13. Ability to work well independently but also working alongside team members14. Must work well under pressure
15. Must display a desire to grow within the brand and see this as a long term position.
