The ideal candidate can follow strict systems, produce and upload content quickly, and maintain accuracy and consistency across all posts.Key Responsibilities:Create 5 short form videos daily using templates (CapCut, Kashie, or similar)Manually upload 40 posts per day across 8 accounts (TikTok & Instagram Reels)Write simple captions, tag the artist, and add required hashtagsFollow a strict posting schedule: 8am, 12pm, 3pm, 6pm, 9pmRotate posting across all accounts and avoid duplicates within 7 daysOrganize files in Google Drive with correct naming conventionsSubmit daily performance reports and flag any posting issuesRequirementsQualifications:Minimum 1 year of experience creating short form content for TikTok or InstagramSkilled in CapCut, Kashie, or similar video templatesAble to consistently produce 5 new videos dailyComfortable manually posting across multiple accountsStrong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs accuratelyOrganized, reliable, and able to work independentlyFull-time commitment with stable internet and smartphone accessGood English for writing captionsBonus Skills:Experience managing fan pages or music-related contentUnderstanding of social media trends and visual aestheticsBasic Canva or graphic editing skillsBenefitsWhy Join Us?
