The Role
As a Content Coordinator, you will ensure that content across the organization is accurate, effective, and timely. You will also work with technology to ensure efficient, accurate, and automated deployment of content where possible.
How you'll contribute
Implements Security Bank's content framework across teams and channels; suggests improvements to the framework when necessary
Co-creates workflows aligned to the content framework
Ensures key workflows, processes, and procedures are aligned to the content framework
Co-manages timely migration of the Bank's content to a centralized application (following a roadmap or milestones).
Responsible for the accuracy of content by fact-checking and coordinating with concerned departments. Having the ability to independently identify the bank service and processes impacted by the content and units involved is necessary for seamless coordination.
Ensures timely publishing of content across channels.
Ensures established maker/checker roles are observed
Reports on efficiency and effectivity of content (KPIs), and provides recommendations on improvements/adjustments to content, if necessary.
Ensures that updated content is maintained and made accessible through a centralized application like Contentful.
What we're looking for
With at least 5 years of experience being a Content Coordinator
Good Written and Communication Skills
Knowledge in Bank Products and Services,
Preferable with familiarity with Bank Regulations and Policies
Interpersonal Skills, Systematic and Organized
Systems : Microsoft Office, Contentful
