Liaison with leadership teams to coordinate resourcing issues and development/automation needs
Able to work and communicate directly with coworkers, stakeholders, leadership teams with minimal supervision
Review, analyze and document business processes, test strategy, test plan and ensure that they are aligned with the requirements
Lead project development and automation for Content Teams
Identify and assess potential processes for RPA solution.
Consult with cross-functional project teams to ensure integrity of existing fabrication processes and participate in implementation of new technologies
Lead continuous improvement discovery activities to determine potential short-term and long-term efficiency projects, including opportunities for RPA
Analyze existing processes and tools and test, verify, and implement new processes and tools in conjunction with Operations and Development teams.
Assist and provide guidance by conducting additional trainings for surrogate practitioners within their division
Support operations whenever necessary and during peak season
Focus in creating the RPA documentation toolkit: job aids, lean canvass board, and release document
Develop the Bot and ensure its deployment across different processes in operations
Create pre-and-post sizing of the project, and manage results, most especially, in determining hard saving gains and its contribution to the entire cost efficiency initiatives
Monitor Bot's performance and provide mitigations for business continuity whenever issues occur and would impact timeliness of production delivery
Identify more processes for potential RPA, recommend readiness for deployment in operations, determine next steps after deployment by articulating project phases following the minimum viable product (MVP) principle to make a quick working project or ready business, and lead discussions to keep track of project status following the Agile Methodology
