THE ROLE
The Content and Solution Asset Specialist will own the ongoing management of solution marketing content from central and regional teams and create a framework for measuring the effectiveness and usage of solution marketing content, conducting user research and providing recommendations to improve the usage, relevance and maintenance of assets and collateral in support of go to market and sales enablement programs. Role will also expand into content creation over time.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Work with Seismic owner to introduce processes to maximise the use of Seismic for solution marketing
Implement measurement of solution marketing content relevance and regular reporting and recommendations
Assume a growing responsibility for managing the execution of regular content updates, and creation of campaign related assets supporting solution marketing campaigns.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Ability to create and manage programs
Good project management skills, with an attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communications skills
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritise tasks
Analytical mindset with understanding of how content supports business and marketing KPIs
Good at conducting analysis, internal research and presenting findings
Keen problem solver, able to analyse a situation and recommend and implement appropriate actions
Experience working in mid - large multinational environments ideal
Experience in either the technology or financial services sector preferable (both ideal)
Experience in designing and executing content such as web pages, blogs, social media or marketing collateral
Experience with content management platforms such as Seismic and Salesforce (useful)
A self-sufficient and entrepreneurial approach to work would be key, as would the ability to network across different departments in a complex organisation
Works with a keen attention to detail
Have a 'can do' attitude and the initiative to take on new tasks and be proactive in supporting the team
Flexibility to try new activities, with a growth mindset
Ability to travel on occasion
