The group provides 2d Level Support for market data, maintains direct contact with third-party vendors and collaborates with other teams in new content integration-, data modeling-, and customer projects. The team works closely together with IT, Product Management, Project Teams, and Sales. Job Description The Content Analyst is responsible for different crucial tasks related to research and collection of company logos, analysis of data quality reports and maintenance. It is the ideal position for a person looking to work in a global organization. The focus is on a high volume of data research and collection of company logos analyzing and correction of incident tickets as level 2 support handling of internal and external requests for our data quality and quantity update the documentation to the manuals. Responsibilities . Data research, collection, and maintenance of company logos . Analyzing and correction of incident tickets as level 2 support . Monitoring of the different quality reports . Update the documentation on Confluence . Attends internal department training and give training to new employees Requirements . Has an undergraduate degree in an area such as business, finance, accounting, economics, computer science or equivalent . Practical working experience, ideally in the finance/market data area is a plus . Financial market knowledge and familiarity with different types of market data . Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically solid knowledge in MS Excel . Knowledge in SQL (building and performing SQL queries) . Ability to complete daily tasks or projects in a timely and accurate manner . Familiarity with the processes of development, communication, and testing . Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills . Strong written and verbal communication skills, fluency in English . Willingness to learn new things and flexibility to adapt easily to new situations and tasks. . Effective management of tasks also under time constraints . Team player, excellent organizational skills and solid presentation skills . Willingness to work in a global organization with team members in different geographic locations and willingness to travel to Germany
