The content analyst position in the symbology and reference data group is responsible for working with product development and engineering to maintain our stock exchange direct feed processes. This includes setting up brand new direct feeds, as well The content analyst position in the symbology and reference data group is responsible for working with product development and engineering to maintain our stock exchange direct feed processes. This includes setting up brand new direct feeds, as well as remediation of existing ones. Duties include: Collaborate with engineering on a phased-approach plan to roll out direct stock exchange feeds Develop specifications to translate business needs into tasks for Engineering Work with engineers to fix bugs, test enhancements, and manage releases and client migrations Help the Support team with client-specific issues and questions guiding the creation of detailed specs, product requirements, and testing procedures for projects interfacing with internal clients to refine requirements conduct and manage the walk-through process for new functionality and processes solicit feedback and ensure applications are well-understood upon and after release issue guidance for existing content/products. Work with our internal engineering teams worldwide, using project management tools such as Jira, to successfully manage our product queue and ensure projects are delivered on time. Job Qualifications: Bachelor's degree Preferably 1-3 years of industry experience. Good verbal and written communication skills Willing to work in any schedule
