Subject matter expertise
Contribute as subject matter expert for the particular subject or subject group across all content creation phases and projects as required which includes but not limited to
Creation of curriculum maps (content development)
Reviewing video drafts from content expert perspectives (video production)
Contribution to prototyping (content development)
Advising on quality assurance framework for the particular subject
Production management
Can be assigned to manage (or partly manage) either the end-to-end mass production or a phase within mass production for the particular subject, under base content or video projects. Examples include but are not limited to
the end to end base content production of the subject or subject group.
the script and storyboard production for video production of the subject or subject group.
Content development
Acquire a basic understanding of the content development principles and processes
Work with the content development team during the development process to ensure the design and prototype effectively reflects the specific needs of the particular subject, given other requirements and constraints.
Content QA QC
Acquire a basic understanding of the QA QC principles and processes
Work closely with the QA QC team to ensure the quality of the content produced under the subject or subject group.
Others
When necessary, may be required by the Content Manager or direct manager/supervisor to take on content department ad-hoc projects or tasks that are outside of standard content development, production, or QA QC phases. Examples may include but not limited to partnership building, or developing a new content product or service offerings.
Education background
Has a bachelor's degree in Education major in Araling Panlipunan or any related Social Sciences
Master's or Doctorate Degree is an advantage
Experience
At least 2 years of teaching experience in basic education is an advantage
Preferably with experience working in an educational publishing industry under the content creation team is an advantage.
