Your Role and Responsibilities You will also work closely with appropriate internal stakeholders to execute and deliver the Student Recruitment hiring plan. You will work with multiple teams across the business and student recruitment to deliver best in class planning and preparation for events. You will engage directly with candidates at various stages in the recruitment process to support specialist queries or directly contribute to a best in class candidate experience. Provide support and direction to the recruitment screening and scheduling team to ensure appropriate administrative work has been completed. Regular involvement in meetings, workshops and focus groups sharing information to wider team and relevant audiences. Builds a strong internal network for example with Talent Shared Services , Resourcing, Operations, HR and the business to remain abreast of key issues and events and to provide exceptional service and insight to business. Able to produce management/pipeline reports for team and business as required and can identify when data is not accurate or of questionable integrity. Supports new joiners to the Student Recruitment team acting as buddy. Required Technical and Professional Expertise Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, preferably Human Resources or equivalent Similar work experience of at least 2-4 years especially in a BPO or similar fast-paced setting Good English Communication(verbal & non verbal)Skills Basic computer and internet navigation skills Amenable to working in shifting/night schedule Intermediate in MS Excel Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise ERP working experience Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines Highly organized, analytical, results-oriented and has keen on details
