Job Description:
Execute and manage end-to-end projects and customized ad hoc analyses (i.e., from research planning, questionnaire creation, data collection, up to stakeholder submission)
Assist the team in doing insightful analyses using relevant data sources that are custom fit to answer the questions and objectives of stakeholders
Collaborate and coordinate with local and regional stakeholders and business partners which includes effective communication of expectations, plans, and adjustments of managed projects
Manage relevant weekly/bi-weekly reports sent to management and relevant stakeholders
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree graduate. Consumer insights / qualitative research background will be a bonus.
At least 4 years of work experience in a marketing-related industry, with experience in data analytics, report creation, and presentation to stakeholders
Excellent communication skills and command of the English language (written and spoken)
Strong grasp on numbers, and proficient in Excel
Works swiftly, able to pivot quickly with changes in direction, and meets all deadlines
Displays ownership over one's work, successes, and mistakes
Accountable and responsible for all deliverables
Honest, transparent, and has integrity in all aspects of work
Emotionally intelligent and with good interpersonal skills
Able to be creative operationally and strategically
Able to follow directives to the letter and also think for themselves
Thorough attentive to details highly proactive resourceful logical critical thinker has a growth mindset team player
