Reporting to: General Manager / Managing Director
Supervises: Deputy Consulting Manager, Team Leads and Consulting Team
Demonstrated experience working on customer sites managing and delivering quality technical
services against formal service levels and timeframes
Demonstrated knowledge of the organisation's product offering relevant to the Practice Area
Ability to establish and maintain strong and effective relationships, including with clients, and work
collaboratively with a diversity of stakeholder groups and individuals
Ability to manage a team of professionals, provide leadership and mentoring
Possession of business acumen
Solid business and industry knowledge
Demonstrated ability to present and discuss solutions and manage change confidently, including
depth in:
- Presentation skills in front of large or small groups
- Experience in running and facilitating workshops
Excellent business communication skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- High quality documentation delivery
Strong issues resolution experience. Must have excellent analytical, conceptual, troubleshooting and
problem-solving skills
Passion for quality and demonstrated high standards of service delivery
Qualification & Certifications:
Relevant tertiary qualifications
Relevant SAP/specialist certifications
