This role is focused on supporting external partners in the delivery of value to clients. Responsibilities will require you to think creatively to develop new and innovative strategies for clients by generating and presenting valuable and concrete insights that are relevant to their needs and to the wider Aon business.

Responsibilites
Implements and delivers on the Philippines Wealth Solutions strategy
Provides quality advice and services clients across retirement and related employee benefits
Provides market insights across business and external forums
Designs and implements an efficient and effective operating model with appropriate controls and
processes to maximise revenue opportunities and profit while ensuring compliance with internal
procedures and external regulations, and maintains CPD as required * Collation and interpretation of quantitative analysis such as; performance data, peer group
analysis, regression analysis, summary views, portfolio holdings analysis and research ratings * Perform annual pension and long term benefit actuarial valuations. This entails data collection,
analyzing data, assumptions setting, valuation, reporting and communications with clients * Perform multi country projects which include knowledge of local market statutory and market
practice conditions * Prepare for and attend face to face client meetings
Work collaboratively with consultants from other lines of business
Actively seek opportunities to improve current business processes and services
About You:
Think critically and analytically, strong attention to details
Make good judgements and quick decisions
Work in a fast paced, ever changing environment
Work independently with minimal direction
Advance level proficiency in excel and VBA
Learn and leverage new software and technologies
Ability to build and work across inclusive and diverse team
Relevant university degree and actuarial professional qualifications
Proven 5+ years' experience in the consulting industries
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Fluent in English (written and verbal) and Filipino
