Job Description
The Continuous Process Improvement Consultant is responsible for responsible for developing and supporting the realization of strategic plans and management agendas through the following areas:
Continuous Process Improvement
Process Design/Re-design
Value Stream Mapping & Analysis
Design Thinking/Solution Ideation
Transformation Roadmap Creation
Operations Maturity
Gap analysis on people, process, technology, and policy
Metric Benchmarking & Analysis
Metrics and Targets identification
Drive Lean Six Sigma Tools and Principles adoption
Conduct Process Maturity Assessment and leverage analyzed output in transformation projects
Support operations in data-driven decision making, Root Cause Analysis and strategic initiatives through analyzed data
Facilitate value stream mapping activities and support the business in identifying wastes and creating a process transformation roadmap
Conduct Process Assessment to identify process automation opportunities
Applies comprehensive knowledge and a thorough understanding of Lean Six Sigma/Project Management/Process Improvement concepts, principles, and technical capabilities to perform varied tasks and projects
May contribute to the development of policies and procedures
Works on complex projects of large scope
Design solutions (automation & process improvement) consistent with organization objectives in line with process, people, policy, and technology challenges
Completes work independently receives general guidance on new projects
Work reviewed for purpose of meeting objectives
May act as a mentor to less experienced colleagues
Facilitate Continuous Improvement specific workshop(s)/training(s)
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree holder
Must have at least 3 years work experience in Continuous Process Improvement under BPO or Shared Services Industry
Must have knowledge and experience in applying Lean Six Sigma Principles
Hands-on experience in
Client/Stakeholder Relationship Management
Problem Solving
Project Management
Experience in handling projects based on different RPA Tools (i.e., Automation Anywhere, UI Path, etc.)
Can talk about AI & Machine Learning concepts and applications
Experience in driving transformation or process improvement
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certified
Willing to work US hours
Currently based in the Philippines
