Position Overview
As Consultant II for Insight, you will enter a high-energy and tech savvy world. We are looking for someone who has exceptional interpersonal skills, is client focused, and has a proven track record of managing a successful business unit.
What you'll do at Insight
In this role knowledge is power. You will be expected to keep abreast of the software solutions offered by manufacturers and their direct competitors
Implement solutions based on discovery and design. Participate in services including build, deployment, test, pilot, implementation, and documentation
Participate in projects of significant strategic importance. Work independently and/or with architect oversight. Contribute to comprehensive and thorough project documentation
You will develop and maintain expertise on the manufacturer's products, programs, competition and the industry
What you'll need to join Insight
Minimum of 4 years of industry experience
A customer service or support background
Resource should be able to assist with Microsoft on prem and/or cloud migrations
Assist in the design and installation of a Microsoft on prem and/or cloud migration solution
Must be effective working in teams or independently to accomplish project objectives
Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies
Industry certification is desired if possible:
Experience specifically around Microsoft on prem and cloud migrations including:
Migrations and Migrations tools for:
Microsoft Exchange
Microsoft Exchange Online
Microsoft SharePoint
Microsoft OneDrive
Microsoft Teams
Microsoft Active Directory
Other experience with the Microsoft portfolio is desired including:
Microsoft 365 Security
Microsoft InTune
Microsoft Skype for Business
Microsoft Enterprise Mobility + Security
Microsoft Azure Information Protection
