About the team
The Strategic Delivery Solutions team drives value creation, disrupts norm, think beyond traditional value stream, and build smart operating model for our Global Technology & Business Services stakeholders. We help transform the business through:
Process Analytics - Prepare teams in their Digital Transformation journey. Identify areas for improvement using data -driven process discovery.
Process Data Insight- Define process-aligned metrics and targets that drives value to the customers using statistical sound process. Manage performance using target process data analysis and visualization. Provides an effective way to pilot new ideas with lower cost and less risk. Develop, test and mature strategies for new solutions.
Continuous Process Improvement - Continuously deliver year-on-year improvements through better and simpler ways of doing things. Reduce variation, reduce complexity, and drive process transformation. Set meaningful targets, gain insights into industry trends, and drive sustainable performance.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree holder
Must have at least 3-4 years work experience in Continuous Process Improvement under BPO or Shared Services Industry
Must have knowledge and experience in applying Lean Six Sigma Principles

Problem Solving
Project Management
Experience in using different Automation Tools
Automation Anywhere
UI Path
Power Platform (PowerApps & Power Automate)
SQL Server
VB & VB Macro
Python (good to have)
Experience in using different Data Visualization Tools

Knowledge in Artificial Intelligence Programming (e.g., Phyton, Java, C++, JavaScript, etc.)
Can talk about AI & Machine Learning concepts and applications.
Experience in driving transformation or process improvement
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certified/Trained
Strong communication skills
Willing to work US hours
Willing to work on hybrid set up (BGC)

What is expected of you and others at this level
Support operations in data-driven decision making, Root Cause Analysis and strategic initiatives through analyzed data.
Conduct Process Assessment to identify process automation opportunities.
Applies comprehensive knowledge and a thorough understanding of Lean Six Sigma/Project Management/Process Improvement concepts, principles, and technical capabilities to perform varied tasks and projects.
Works on complex projects of large scope
Design, develop, test and deploy solutions (automation & process improvement) consistent with organization objectives in line with process, people, policy, and technology challenges.
Modernize systems through automation projects delivered.
Deliver quantifiable value (type 1 and type 2 savings) through automation, process improvement, and data analytics.
Work effectively with stakeholders (operations, digital partners, etc.) in value creation and process improvement/
Manage relationship with stakeholders, maintaining regular cadences and alignment.
Completes work independently receives general guidance on new projects.
May act as a mentor to less experienced colleagues
