In this capacity oversee and manage the timely delivery of entity, global practice and other practice-related Rule Maps, CRAs and Compliance Monitoring Plans.Provide thought leadership to support the ongoing development of the Global Compliance Framework, focusing on creating efficiencies and opportunities to automate workstreams.Collaborate with stakeholders to assess and respond to regulatory changes.Provide training and guidance on the Global Compliance Framework.Organise and chair review and sign-off sessions for Rule Maps, CRAs and Compliance Monitoring Plans, as needed.Monitor the timely remediation of issues stemming from CRAs and Compliance Monitoring Plans; andDeliver reporting on the Global Compliance Framework and related workstreams to Senior Management, Boards, Committees and Compliance Management for consideration.Core CompetenciesMinimum of five years of experience in the financial services industry or related experience.Experience in risk management, audit, or compliance at a financial services institution.Strong organizational skills and an ability to manage multiple demands and changing priorities.Detail oriented, self-starter with solid prioritization, planning, and time management skillsSound judgment and an ability to make decisions quickly.Strong analytical skills to conduct independent research, reach conclusions, and solve problems.Excellent relationship management, influencing, negotiating, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization and balance the needs of multiple functions. Demonstrated success working across countries, and regions. Experience working with senior management.Strong oral and written communication skills with an ability to convey information in a clear and concise manner that is comprehensive, accurate, and tailored to the audienceStrong Microsoft Office skills.
