Job Description
Lead negotiations with clients and partners to secure profitable contracts and partnerships.
Carryout constant market analysis of our competitors to strategize future business directions.
Liaise with other SMT heads to upgrade existing ,methodologies and technical content required for proposals.
Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential partners and clients.
Identify and engage with new local and international clients who are seeking new investments in Maldives.
Identify new international funding's that are allocated for various sectors and seek new opportunities for business expansion.
Review RFP requirements and lead the preparation of proposal liaising with Directors and technical team. It is expected that the candidate will produce the technical and financial proposals.
Conducting regular follow-up with clients on submitted proposal and potential new projects.
Liaise with Directors and projects implementation team to draft, negotiate and finalize contract agreements of projects.
Identify, negotiate with external associates and consultant most relevant with required qualification and experience as per issued information on RFP's and TOR's for tenders and proposals. Prepare MoUs for the consultants once the project is award
Keep track of all agreements and MoUs,
Identify needs and implement process and procedure to improve services of the company (including quality assurance and implementation of efficiency tools).
Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve revenue targets and increase market share.
Analyze market trends and stay up-to-date with industry developments to inform strategic planning.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns and other growth initiatives.
Provide regular reports to the executive team on progress towards revenue and growth targets.
Assist the re-engineering of business processes and development of functional design specification, as the corporation grows with new business units being established.
Work closely with the strategic team and the senior management in reviewing the Corporate Strategic Plan and Business Plan, and provide analytical input in reintegrating the revisions and support in implementations of the plans.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Business Studies/Administration/Management or similar fields.
Candidates with experience in related field are preferable.
