REQUIREMENTS:
* Must be Licensed Civil Engineer or Architect
* Minimum of 6 years relevant/solid work experience in commercial/residential fit-out, commercial/residential construction, buildings, factory construction and civil works.
* Knowledge in using construction software (MS Project, AutoCAD, Primavera, etc.).
* Expert knowledge of building products, construction details, and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards
* Ability to submit all required reports on time.
* Strong leadership skills to be Efficient and Effectively manage the project team, including third-party contractors and consultants, in delivering projects according to plan.
* Have a positive mindset towards work, co-employees, management, third-party contractors, and consultant.
 
JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Manages the overall operation of the project.
2. Conducts daily site inspections to ensure safety and quality of works.
3. Prepares construction schedule and work methodology.
4. Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status on time.
5. Ensures that all construction works are executed in accordance with project specifications, budget, schedule, and company policy.
6. Conducts  meetings with site engineers, subcontractor’s representatives and others, to discuss the project’s progress, possible problems, and its solutions and challenging them to perform well in their task assignment
7. Develops good business relationships with the client and other stakeholders and identifies project opportunities and risks, and recommends appropriate action to protect the company’s business interest
8. Seeks innovative means to improve project quality, safety, and completion time.
