A go-to supplier of exceptional washroom-related products with an immense breadth product range is looking for a Construction Project Leader who will boost the company's acquisition of new projects and maintain great working relationships with existing clients. The ideal candidate will:
Prospect new customers and maximise all sales opportunities within designated customer group or market;
Nurture existing customer relationships within designated customer group or market;
Build referral and lead generation network;
Track projects throughout the design and procurement stage to maximise conversion ratio;
Adopt overall responsibility for designated projects, from conception to completion.
Requirements
4-5 years' experience in pre-sales and working on project specifications
Experience working in a commercial construction industry or related industry
High organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communications
Ability to apply innovative solutions
Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and other sales software.
