Participate in the conceptual development of a construction project
Oversee the construction's project organization, scheduling, and implementation on a day to day basis.
Direct and supervise Site Engineers, Foremen, Skilled workers and laborers.
Study job specifications to determine appropriate construction methods.
Develop and implement quality control programs.
Take actions to deal with the results of delays, bad weather, or emergencies at construction site.
Confer with supervisory personnel, owners, contractors, and design professionals to discuss and resolve matters such as work procedures, complaints, and construction problems.
Investigate damage, accidents, or delays at construction sites, to ensure that proper procedures are being carried out.
Licensed Civil Engineer and with at least 10 years and above combined experience in vertical and horizontal construction such as site preparation, planning and design, civil works and structural works.
Has demonstrated experience in supervising people for the project requires strong leadership skills on behalf of the project manager overseeing the project.
Strong analytical and planning skills with good communication and presentation skills
Patient, persevering and excellent with problem solving skills
Willing to be assigned in NCR and Central Luzon area
Entry Level / Junior, Apprentice Architecture and Engineering Construction 1 opening Bachelor's degree graduate
