Description * - Supervise Construction/Project Engineers and Admin Engineers in the construction process throughout all phases of the project.
- Supervises the construction budget based on the specifications and plans, manpower, equipment, and materials schedule.
- Present to the Area Manager the complete project implementation plan.
- Prepares and present's the project's construction schedule.
- Approves all materials and manpower requisition on site.
- Approves the petty cash request and liquidation that will be submitted to the Head Office.
- Initiates the mobilization of the project, i.e. site set-up (temporary facilities, barricades), initial site inspection.
- Establish a detailed estimate of the bill of quantities.
- Provides report regularly to the Head of the Engineering Department and/or to the President.
- Proactively identifies issues and provides immediate solutions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be a licensed Civil Engineer
- Has at least 10 years' work experience in a managerial position handling project implementation is required for this position.
- Experienced in handling ports project is required for this position.
- The candidate must possess the following qualities:
a. Analytical thinker and problem solving skills
b. Keen to details c. Good communication skills
d. Leadership skills
- Willing to be assigned in provincial projects specifically in MIMAROPA area
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Php50,000.00 - Php80,000.00 per month
