Directly supervise and enforce construction procedures on Specification, Drawings, and Schedule
Prepare method statement for the works (i.e. earthworks, bridge works, temporary works, etc)
Supervise team and people/workers and disseminate the works for each team member
Evaluate work accomplishments/progress/work done and prepare weekly and month progress reports
Prepare time schedule/activity programme required for the Project by Microsoft Project format or P6
Forecast activity to ensure euipment and material availability for the work execution
Communicate with the Engineer and their representative (inspector)
Implement HSE policy as per the Company's standard
Responsible for the documents prior to site inspection activities
Responsible for the estimate, costing and technical procedures for the Project
Initiate immediate and appropriate actions required for all defects to be implemented on site.
