We would be looking to employ a vibrant candidate to work within a busy working environment.
Duties Include:
Set up tenders in Project Management Software
Set up tender folders (physical and electronic)
Printing & Scanning drawings using the plotter
Re-filling plotter paper rolls
Perform Take-offs
Read through all relevant documents to ensure our quote in conforming to the requirements
Send out for pricing to suppliers and subcontractors
Read through addendums and make note of any changes made in revised documents throughout tender period
Sending RFI's to Builders throughout tender and project life span
Creating and maintaining RFI register
Appropriately archive superseded documents and old/lost quote folders (physical and electronic)
General Duties
Administration and assistance where required
Desired Attributes
With related experience in project, construction estimation
A minimum of 1-2 years experience in a similar or equivalent role
Strong administrative skills
Simpro knowledge will be advantageous but not essential
Attention to detail and excellent time management skills
The ability to listen and follow precise directions
Well developed written and verbal communication skills.
Used to a fast paced work environment with the scope for further development.
