Assist in the testing/updating/setting up and or configuration of enrollment systems based on the required client specifications
Provide assistance in creating test scripts, procedures, and other client and company-required documents
Respond to email and resolve queries or issues raised by the client
Conduct analysis of data for system conversion to ensure data behavior is concurrent with client-established parameters
Review and audit data exchange transactions and enrollment systems
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Information Systems
Experience in systems configuration is a plus
Excellent analytical skills
Intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills
Excellent skills in oral and written English communication
** Successful hires will have a a 12,500 signing bonus upon start date and another 12,500 upon regularization!
