Is in need of:
CONCRETE SAMPLER
Will be assigned in:
Paranaque
Apalit, Pampanga
Ortigas
QUALIFICATIONS:
High School or Vocational Course Graduate
With one year experience in the same field
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conducts fresh concrete test such as Slump/Flow Test, Concrete Temperature, Unit Weight and other related tests in order to comply customer standards.
Casts Representative Samples based on ASTM procedure and customers required frequency and secures casted samples in order to determine compliance to the specified mix design requirements of the customers.
Performs concrete adjustments within 4 hours from batching time in order to ensure proper placement of concrete mix at the structure.
Conducts necessary adjustments if the Slump/Flow Test does not conform to the required specification at site in order to pass to the customer requirement.
Monitors the ordering of last load to minimize or totally eliminate the excess concrete.
Conducts necessary adjustments of Returned Concrete in order to optimize company resources.
Coordinates with Batching Plant Dispatcher from different sites regarding confirmed pouring, interval of batching and readiness of the structure in order to support the accuracy of pouring schedule.
