COMPUTER SYSTEMS DESIGNER
Responsibilities:
• Analyzes details of information requirements.
• Formulates systems objectives.
• Designs system flow of the update, validation and reporting phases.
• Provides estimates on processing cost of designed computer system.
• Presents systems design alternatives for technical review and recommend the best alternative.
• Prepares system and program specifications which include input/output file layouts, system flowcharts and report layouts.
• Establishes system backup and recovery procedures.
• Establishes system controls and audit.
Qualifications:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
• At least 4 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Proficiency with fundamental front end languages such as HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks such as Angular JS, React and Amber.
