Position Overview:
 
The Computer Maintenance and Social Media Artist is responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of computer systems and hardware while creating and managing engaging social media content. This dual-role position requires technical proficiency in computer maintenance alongside creativity in content creation and digital marketing.
 
Key Responsibilities:
 
Computer Maintenance:
1. Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
2. Perform regular maintenance of computer systems, including updates, backups, and virus protection.
3. Install and configure software and hardware components as needed.
4. Ensure the security of data through proper access controls and firewalls.
5. Maintain an inventory of IT equipment and troubleshoot any system failures.
6. Provide technical support and training to team members as required.
 
Social Media Content Creation:
1. Develop, design, and publish engaging content for social media platforms (e.g., graphics, videos, and posts).
2. Manage and schedule posts to maintain a consistent and appealing online presence.
3. Monitor social media trends, audience engagement, and analytics to improve content strategy.
4. Collaborate with teams to align content with brand objectives and campaigns.
5. Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media promptly and professionally.
6. Stay updated on social media platform changes, tools, and best practices.
