Job Description
Fabricate composite parts and products by laying up composite material layers, curing, bonding, and performing finishing work
Read and understand technical drawings, documentation, work orders, quality specifications, and process guidelines
Prepare molds, apply release agents, seal edges, and mount necessary inserts before layup
Align and drape multiple layers of dry composite material on production panel molds
Install composite interior/exterior aircraft components, wings, tail sections, fuselage assemblies, etc.
Inspect, measure, and test composite assemblies at all production stages for defects and conformity
Repair damaged composite components by patching holes, rebuilding corroded sections, and reworking design features
Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Engineering(Aviation/Aeronautics/Astronautics) or similar fields.
Must have a valid CAAP license.
At least 2 years of working experience in the relevant field excluding OJT.
Ex-Singapore/Ex-Hong Kong is a plus!
