Description
A. Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure that all licenses, permits and compliance are in place and up to date
* Ensure that reports and filing with government agencies are down within the due dates
* Assist on the preparation of documents for the banks, suppliers and clients and updating of accounts (Ex.
Secretary's Certificate, Board Resolution and etc.)
* Compose letters and other correspondence
* Retrieve documents needed for Audit
* Maintains historical records by scanning and filing documents
B. Education and Other Competencies:
* Graduate of any four (4) year course
* Preferably with one (1) year experience related to the Job required
* Process oriented dealing with different government agencies
* With excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Must have strong organizational, multitasking skills, organized, analytical, detail oriented, able to work independently, responsible and reliable.
* Trustworthy and able to maintain high level of confidentiality
* Can work effectively and efficiently under pressure
* Able to meet or exceed deadlines
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: From Php15,000.00 per month
