Job Description:
Reporting directly to the Accounting Manager, the Compliance Specialist/Officer is responsible for ensuring that the Company remains up to date on all regulatory and licensing requirements in accordance with Philippine government regulations.
Job Responsibilities:
1. BUSINESS PERMITS
1.1. Attends to monitoring, filing, and securing of business permits for existing, new businesses and business closures.
2. SECURITY & EXCHANGE COMMISSION. Attends to processing of SEC permits pertaining to:
2.1. Registration
2.2. Amendments of By-laws
3. BUREAU OF INTERNAL REVENUE (BIR). Attends to the filing of the necessary registration related to:
3.1. New Business Registration
3.2. Books of Account
3.3. Authority to Print
3.4. Business Retirement
4. BUREAU OF CUSTOMS. Attends to the necessary permit for the importation of equipment & machine.
5. FOOD & DRUG AUTHORITY. Attends to filing and processing of necessary permit and registration of products.
5.1. Reviews, evaluates, and process applications and compliance documents for registration of medical devices and/or licensing of medical device establishments
5.2. Processes, accomplishes documents and corresponds with FDA and all other government regulatory-related bodies.
5.3. Coordinates with foreign and local suppliers on FDA regulatory concerns
5.4. Coordinates with FDA, internal department and all other government regulatory bodies officials pertaining to establishment licenses on product registration matters
5.5. Ensures to maintain the validity of the establishment's licenses and product certificates
Job Qualifications:
EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND:
• College graduate (preferably Business or Medical course)
WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:
• At least 3 years of experience in compliance management & regulatory affairs for medical devices

Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
