Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering/Finance/Real Estate/Law.
At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably with experience working in construction/real estate industry.
Must be well-versed in coordinating with different government agencies on the processing of required permits, titles and licenses.
Keen eye to details to achieve accuracy and with sense of urgency.
Strong record-keeping ability for various trackers and monitoring reports.
