About the Role:
We are looking for a Compliance Associate to help ensure that the company strictly adheres to laws, regulations, and internal policies. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of maintaining a culture of compliance across all departments. This role involves conducting compliance audits, monitoring risks, maintaining documentation, and coordinating with external regulatory bodies to ensure smooth and lawful business operations.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure adherence to all relevant laws, regulations, and internal company policies.
Conduct regular compliance audits and risk assessments to identify and address potential issues.
Review and monitor operational activities to detect compliance risks and inefficiencies.
Maintain accurate and updated records of compliance activities, reports, and incidents.
Prepare and present compliance reports and recommendations to management.
Assist in drafting, updating, and communicating company policies in alignment with labor and corporate regulations.
Disseminate policy updates, secure employee acknowledgment, and monitor compliance.
Identify potential risks and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
Coordinate with external auditors, consultants, and government agencies on compliance matters.
Facilitate submission of required documents and provide support during inspections or audits.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Legal Management, Business Administration, or related field.
At least 1-2 years of experience in compliance, auditing, or related roles (experience in HR or corporate compliance is a plus).
Knowledge of labor laws, corporate governance, and regulatory standards.
Strong analytical and documentation skills.
Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
Trustworthy, organized, and able to handle confidential information.
