JOB DESCRIPTION
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
Conduct risk and compliance assessment
Coordinate with settlers regarding verification
Design and implement risk management processes for the company
Careful monitoring of possible money laundering transactions and communication of suspicious
Perform random checks on customers and handling the chargeback flow
Perform analyze and check to ensure there are no errors when it comes to settlement of winnings, prices and timings
Analyze performance of games and manage overall risk through game settings and configurations
Observe, investigates and analyze betting behaviors for suspicious and fraudulent bets and players
Reactively and proactively conduct analysis of transactions and accounts to know fraudulent activity
Ensure that compliance procedures, systems and controls are up-to-date and effective
Analyze results for suspicious transaction
Perform risk assessment by analyzing current risks and identifying potential risks that are affecting or may affect the company
Assist other teams in regards with various requires queries (eg. Account suspension/reactivation, promotion conditions)

JOB QUALIFICATION
Bachelor’s Degree in any field
Minimum 1-3 years' experience in Risk Control or Compliance Officer
Competent in business process mapping, compliance, and risks analysis
Excellent critical thinking, problem solving and decision-making skills and acumen in numbers
Flexible, multitask and able to bring enthusiasm to the role
Must have high integrity, organized, strong attention to details
Willing to work on flexible schedule (day, mid, night shift)
Ability to work under pressure to tight timelines and without direct supervision
Proficient in MS and initiative in learning new technology and systems
Ability to work unsociable hours, including nights suited to your support market
Must have pleasant personality, be responsible, hardworking, willing to render overtime even during holidays
