Our Role
We are recruiting a Compliance Officer to provide monitoring of the Company's full compliance to all related regulatory and statutory requirements in BGC, Taguig. Reporting to the Country Manager, this role is responsible for ensuring:
Company's full compliance to all existing laws, its IRR, and other jurisprudence, memoranda or Department Order from the following government agencies but not limited to:
Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC)
Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA)
Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR)
Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR)
Mines and Geosciences Bureau (MGB)
Environmental Management Bureau (EMB)
Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE), including OSHC and other agencies attached
National Telecommunications Commission (NTC)
Social Security System (SSS)
Philippine Health Insurance Corporation (PHIC)
Home Development Mutual Fund (HDMF)
Maintain the Company's compliance obligation matrix
Provide review and analysis of reportorial requirements submitted by each department to ensure completeness and compliance
Liaise with government agencies and maintain sound relationship
The successful candidate will have a qualification of a Legal Management/ Political Science degree or equivalent. A strong knowledge of BIR and PEZA compliance is desirable.
