Job Qualifications
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): Absolute attention to details, Logical thinker, Ability to work under tight deadlines
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.
Job Responsibilities
File reviews/ audits - checking of advice documents to ensure files are compliant and meet standards of the licensee but also the high standard the Company requires.
Researching/ learning licensee standards continually and supporting Paraplanners with any compliance questions they may have.
Attention to detail on all tasks.
To complete your work in specified time frames (meet all deadlines).
Always look for ways to improve our systems and processes.
Other Adhoc tasks:
From time to time we will also ask you to assist with other Compliance tasks, these may include:
Support to the Compliance Manager
Complete file checks in preparation for Audits
Creation of tools for compliance or other efficiencies
