COMPLIANCE OFFICER
 
Key Function:
 
The job requires effective and efficient management of the legal department and BSP compliance concerns, provision of legal advisory services and ensuring effective management of legal, contractual and compliance risks.
 
Job Responsibilities:
Overseas, monitors and assists in all legal concerns
Performs, assists and/or monitors compliance staff’s function and address concerns
Provides advices on complex matters involving agreements, operations, policies, claims, judicial and quasi-judicial cases, and legal concerns of the business. Provides suggestions, recommendations and guidelines in the avoidance of litigation and settlement for ongoing court case
Monitors and assists in the reviewing and drafting of contracts and agreements entered into by the company, and communications to different government agencies.
Attends court hearing/investigation or audit conducted by BIR, LGU, SEC, DOLE, BSP and AMLC as representative or counsel of the company as needed. Review ongoing cases and advice management accordingly.
Updates on Pending Applications and Amendments to AOI, SEC, IPO and other government agencies
Supervises the recording and maintaining of all legal and compliance documents endorsed for safekeeping.
Job Requirements:
Must be a graduate of 4 years course- Preferably a graduate of LAW, Accounting, or Business Administration
With 5-10 years experience as a Compliance Officer in Financial Services Industry
Should have a comprehensive knowledge in litigation and court processes
Must be familiar with Government Report and Requirements
Must have an in depth knowledge on Philippine Labor Law.
Must possess good decision making and organizational skills

Salary: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
