Job Responsibilities:
• Execute Sustainability Program to align with business plan
• Coordinate preparation for factory audit by external parties and conduct internal assessment.
• Report results of compliance review to the Management and coordinate implementation of corrective actions with department managers regularly
• Assist in implementation of Union Activities
• Organize staff relation activities to foster harmonic relation between management and worker
• Participate in ad-hoc HR Project
Requirements:
• Solid academic training on business study or related training
• At least 5year's management working experience in manufacturing sector
• Knowledgeable in local labor, health & safety and environmental laws as well as corporate social responsibilities
• Meticulous, well-organized, self-motivated, strong integrity, good team player and excellent interpersonal skill
• Immediate available or short notice is an advantage
