Responsibilities
To ensure consistent application of Occupational Health and Safety, including Environmental policies
To review or develop appropriate environment, health and safety procedures and policies.
To develop plans to improve environment, health and safety programs, both for the project assignment and total company.
To monitor compliance to environment, health and safety programs both for the project assignment and total company.
To monitor compliance to environment, health and safety programs at the workplace via behavioral audits or assessment procedures; conduct and lead site compliance meetings at least once a month.
To monitor staff awareness on environment, healthy and safety and conduct trainings as necessary.
To direct the accident prevention efforts of the company specific to the customer assignment ad also at the corporate level.
To lead reports of inspection, accident investigation and implementation of related programs; provide performance reports to both the customer and key company managers to relay status of the programs and its accompanying measures.
To provide the necessary assistance to government inspecting authorities in the proper conduct of their activities such as the enforcement of the provisions of related local environment, health and safety regulations.

Qualifications
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any related course
At least two (2) years' experience on Environment, Occupational Health and Safety in either a manufacturing or logistics industry.
Candidate should have attended the mandatory 40-hours basic OSH training course + additional forty-eight (48) hours of advanced/specialized training course relevant to logistics/warehousing/manufacturing industry
Has the sound ability to communicate and work with both internal and external customers across all levels.
Possesses the commitment to drive and promote best practices on Quality and Safety within the organization
Proficient in the use of MS Office Applications (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Customer and Service Orientation
Accident Investigation, Understanding on Public Safety and Security and External Awareness
Technology Management
Know - how on Safety Engineering Processes
