About the Role Internally known as CSR Controls Manager. Have management, leadership and strategic responsibilities for a small to medium unit of nonexempt and exempt staff. Works independently with considerable latitude, managing various production initiatives and projects requiring coordination of resources, budgets and deadlines. Participates in review, recommendation and implementation of units operational systems and processes. Direct leadership experience, managing people with a demonstrated ability to coach and develop team members with varying levels of experience.
