JOB SUMMARY: Mainly responsible for implementing and managing an effective compliance program to ensure that the business processes and transactions of the Company follow all relevant legal and internal guidelines.
KEY ACTIVITIES:
- Advise management on the company's compliance with laws and regulations through detailed reports.
- Create and manage effective action plans in response to internal audit discoveries and external regulatory bodies' compliance violations.
- Provide guidance and direction to Internal Auditors in their regular audit of company procedures, practices, and documents to identify possible weaknesses or risk.
- Develop and review company policies.
- Ensure all employees are educated on the latest regulations and processes.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
• Good knowledge of legal requirements and procedures.
• Brilliant oral and written communication skills.
• Highly-analytical with strong attention to detail
