The Responsibilities:
Interprets and analyzes the data/report received from Reports Support Group, including 100% identification of suspected duplicates flagged from the SQL Duplicates Reports for Subscribing clients and some Non subscribing clients under FPS and T4 platform
Provides thorough investigation/analysis on the identified suspected paid duplicates.
Prepares tickets for identified suspected paid duplicates to be sent to respective Auditors/Logistics Data analysts for further verification with the carrier if indeed true duplicates or not
Monitors Duplicate Recovery tracker for issues not being responded to by the carrier/Auditors
Prepares Post Audit Package report and Overpayment Report for subscribing clients
Prepares Overpayment Metrics for subscribing clients
Prepares Global Overpayment Recovery for subscribing clients for MBR purposes
Prepares Duplicate Report for Non subscribing clients
Identifies corrective actions on audit issues and refer to content experts for resolution.
Identifies corrective actions on audit issues and escalates to content experts for resolution or corrective actions
Makes a follow through on agreed resolutions on audit issues.
Stays abreast of technical changes as they may relate to or impact the post-audit process and modifies audit reporting/techniques as may be necessary.
Performs such other functions as may be identified by the Post audit Supervisor/Manager
