About the Job
We are searching for a Compliance Associate to assist the Compliance-Finance Team in the processes and activities in relation to 24-7 Intouch's compliances with regulatory requirements in the Philippines. The ideal candidate will also support the Finance Team and perform ad hoc, general administrative, and accounting tasks in a fast-paced environment.
As Compliance Associate, You Will...
Process the application of documents and permits in Mactan Economic Zone Authority (MEZA) e.g. PEZA Farm permit (form 8105), PEZA Farm-out permit (form 8106), PEZA LOA, Surety Bond etc.
Possess a working knowledge of the Cebu area and familiar with other government sectors (e.g. BIR, SEC, BOC, Local Gov't Units or LGU)
Experience with purchasing procurement references (e.g. sales invoices, delivery receipts)
Handle Property, Plant & Equipment (PPE) and fixed assets items
Maintain an organized filing system of document & permit copies
Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information
Provide insight and recommendations for process
improvements that are identified during compliance reviews
Responsible for other accounting and administrative task as assigned
Requirements
As Compliance Associate, You Have...
Post-secondary degree in any Finance-related course and/or Accounting
Minimum 1 year of experience in an accounting or compliance function role
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with diverse groups of people
Advanced written abilities in order to write required reports
Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem solving skills
Superior attention to detail
Excellent time and project management skills
Ability to work in a fast paced and time sensitive environment
Adaptable to change and innovation
